					<description><![CDATA[Never stop helping your students be responsible and accountable for their choices.  Try and celebrate the “good” choices more often that the “not so good” ones.  It’s too easy to focus on the negative and forget the positive.  It takes nine positives to erase one negative.  Not good odds!]]></description>
